UX stands for User Experience. Any UX designer has to make sure to build smooth user experience. They have to make sure to add psychological concepts while designing, altering and executing. Through the journey, everyone needs a mentor to guide, to learn fast, to avoid reinventing the wheel again. And if you know and understand what a beginner should do and also agreed to share your knowledge you have landed on a right page.

Engage

Empathy works wonder when it comes to teaching. A great mentor understands the weak and strong points of their mentee and that only comes with being empathetic. You never know whether your mentee is introvert or extrovert, so make sure to be open, understand his points, raise his strengths and accept his weak points.

Build Habits

Setting clear goals towards the project enables the execution at best. So, it is always best to discuss about it before beginning. When it comes to mobile app development or custom software development services, the goal must be to build something user experience oriented. Otherwise there is no meaning structuring projects at all.
A great UX mentor ask the same to his mentee so that he can adapt it as a ritual before taking any task.

Praise them often

Appraisal works wonder for any beginner, they want to be appreciated for their hardwork. None of the task is small and every win deserves to be celebrated. Even if a mentee tries to do on it own, praise them for their efforts and direct them later.
